Today I will show you a great way to make easy chicken enchiladas for dinner. This is convenient and quick to make Ingredients 2 cans El Pato hot tomato sauce 2 tsp light chili powder 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp diced onion 12 to 15 corn tortillas 1 lb cooked shredded chicken 6 to 8 oz mozzarella cheese I used Cotija cheese to garnish

I made enchiladas just like this ater watching the first video you made using El Pato. I bought a griddle just like that. It was easy and they all stayed warm as I cooked.
