Read about the DANGERS of too much protein. Protein RUINS your kidneys which are crucial in the elimination of wastes from your hundred trillion cells in your body which both consume and eliminate. The appropriate amount of protein humans should consume is no more than what they did consuming human mothers milk as a newborn which is about 5% of their total nutrients. That alone was/is enough for a newborn to triple in size its first year. So if you have stopped growing or aren't growing as fast, you don't even need THAT much. Don't take my word for it. Look up percentage of protein in human mother's milk. Also look up the dangers of too much protein.
An actually healthy breakfast would consist of several servings of raw fresh fruit (as much as a person wants) and that is it. No cooking necessary. Save your pancakes for the weekend when kids don't need to be alert and energized in school. We all need to be HYDRATED and STAY hydrated and the best way to do that is from our food. You can't do that eating cooked dried out food - in this case pancakes. You CAN do that eating fresh organic fruit.

I personally would make the scrambled egg mixture separately and just warm some up each morning and heat up a tortilla for a few seconds. Tortillas tend to get tough when microwaved for too long.
Overnight oats are a good option and don't need to be warmed up. I just made a strawberries and cream overnight oats with strawberries that were on their last leg.
Some other ideas would be to freeze omelettes, smoothie packs, breakfast casseroles that can be individually portioned, french toast, English muffin sandwiches, etc.

My husband like quiche for breakfast, it is a change from burritos, I add chicken, vegetables, cheese, potatoes, , mushrooms, milk, eggs and no crust. He takes it with him when he travels out of town to help relatives on a work project for a week. I precut into squares and wrap and put in a freezer bag, you can eat it cold or warm for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I make for friends when they are sick and can not cook. I also make all kinds of turnovers, meat, chicken, Italian, Mexican, chicken pot pie filling etc.

I make breakfast burritos with Jimmy Dean Regular sausage (cooked) scrambled eggs (cooked), hashbrowns or crushed tater tots (baked) salsa and shredded cheese. Mix all together, place on tortilla, roll up, wrap in wax paper and place in freezer bag and freeze. Microwave when ready to eat. My husband and grandkids love these!

My kids and now there kids love Nana G to make waffles. I do half water, half milk with vanilla and mashed banana or applesauce with a little oil and cinnamon in the mix. They are so fluffy. They also freeze very well. Thank you for the Breakfast burritos idea. The Mr. Will be a happy man.

It's not breakfast that's mini birthday cakes. Teach the kids right. Chocolate has no place in breakfast. I was raised by a mom who made tasty everything and every one of her kids including herself grew up to have type 2 diabetes.

Really enjoyed this video! Gave me a lot of good information and ideas. I no longer have kids at home, but want to start prepping a lot more meals for the freezer for when I come home tired after work. So, keep those ideas coming!

Everything you make is delicious! Do you make ceviche or aguachiles? I would love to see a video how you do it, if you have a chance, I know we're all busy in life!
I'm always watching your videos and thank you!

Love breakfast prep! We make burritos with frozen hash browns as you mentioned and sometimes leftover diced roasted potatoes. We have also added cooked and chopped up veggie sausage, which is super quick!

I make King Arthur GF pancakes and waffles for my oldest and freeze them. Makes for a quick breakfast for her and she also has prepared fruit or asks me to cook her up some eggs.

I love it. Thank you. I sometimes have to prep my meals because of dialysis and this would be something that I would eat even for lunch or after dialysis. Thank you for sharing.

Hi A! What great recipes. I will be trying these. I'm not a breakfast person. I'm never up before 11: 30. I would eat these for my dinner. Great video my friend.
