Mark I love it riding on the bikes, the market is awesome, vibrant. That pork burger fall apart deliciousness and the fried vegetable pocket crispy goodness. The soups very interesting the texture but looked delish as well as the hot pepper soup and beef soupwow those dumplings yum yum and the gungun noodles. I am so hungry nowMichael was very knowlegeable and so pleasant, it is great how the different cultures blend and become such great flavorful dishes.

This is why Mark is the king of travel eating, that man gave the century egg an oh wow with a smile on his face. He politely told the camera the ammonia flavor was coming through his nose while eating half the egg in one bite. Only Mark will give us this down to earth experience in HD. I thought I liked anything you could do with an egg (except balut, which really is more chicken than egg. Well, I was wrong. I know some people truly enjoy them, but it's a hard pass for me. But a lot of the food you show here in Xi'An looks very good.

Why is everything Asian with this guy If he really wants to be the next Bourdain, where are the rest of the countries He's done some but not a lot. He also eats like a gluten, and always adds chile peppers to everything. He eats like his stomach thinks his throat must have been cut, watch him not just take a bite but stuff his mouth. Jeeeeezzz

33: 32 the eating method here should have been applied to the bean jelly noodles instead. You should not mix the bean jelly noodle dish like your guide did, but I guess because he wanted to split one bowl into two for you both to try, it was the only way. Ngl, he sorted messed up the whole point of the dish by doing that.

Tender chopped pork leg in bread with a little broth & smokey chili oil, what a great sandwich, & a creative dish of small pieces of pita bread added to a wok with lamb broth, fine noodles, lamb slices, with over 20 spices, so much delicious hearty food.

I love how all these food vendors keeps red pepper chili oil in the huge container 30: 52 like us regular people keeping a container of sugar in our kitchen. I freaking love it because chili oil can go with just about anything!
