Chef Gigg is the Iron Chef champion of Thailand, head chef of Lerdtip Restaurant, and hes our partner at Phed Mark. He recently opened a new restaurant, Lerdtip, Thai Chinese restaurant at CentralWorld shopping mall in Bangkok. Chef Gigg invited me over for dinner to show me one of his new signature dishes, a huge plate of seafood noodles (known in Thai as radna. #ThaiFood #Bangkok #Thailand Part of the beauty of this plate of Thai Chinese style noodles was seeing Chef Gigg, who is a master wizard on the wok, cook the entire dish. He first fried the noodles in a heap of smoke, an amazing skill so that they didnt stick together, but had the perfect gummy and crunchy consistency. He then cooked all the individual ingredients, the lobster, abalone, crab, snow fish, and vegetables. Another hugely important part of radna ) is the sauce, a mixture of fermented bean paste and Chinese spices, whisked into a thick and ultra flavorful sauce. Through the dish is usually called Sen Yai Radna, this version on Chef Giggs is more of a Thai Chinese Noodle special. Price - 8, 900 THB (293 USD) for the plate of radna noodles

at least i can get to see the real method of making the phad see radna which is equivalent to the fried kuey teow including the cantonese version called char hor fun with thick gravy comes with an egg this is the first time that we get to see the chef making an exotic version of the fried kuey teow since he improvises the dish by adding lobster, abalone and beef steak. it's amazing to see the chef cooks the dish in huge flame but for safety reasons, you just need to add an advisory message of not copy the flame stunts in this video. also, step back a bit further in order to protect yourself from getting burnt by the huge flame and the oil spill as well as prevent the camera from getting damaged by the flames which almost happens at 8: 59. finally, we can have some condiments such as chopped chilies soaked in soya sauce and the spicy and sour nam jip seafood while eating these luxurious phad see radna

I loved this video. I loved the laughter. WOW when that fire went so high. Your wife is amazing. She seems like such a great wife, and a great person. She really seems to love traveling and creating the videos by your side. I think that makes the videos next level better. The Chef in this video was incredible. Great cooking skills, great attitude, so friiendly, and the food looks amazing. I really love that you take time to describe what they are adding into the food, and the flavor and ingredients. It is very helpful. Great video. Thank you.

I prefer to my meat a bit more well done than this, but this does look good The noodles too and XO sauce. The lobster dish also looks good 293 is a lot of money, but looking at this, I can see the chef uses very high quality ingredients and this chef definitely looks like he knows what he's doing.

Caller: Help. someone fell from his seat while eating noodles & hurt the right side of his head. I think he's fainted but then he's smiling. Medic: Stay calm. We'll send someone over. Me: That's Mark. He has just found the most delicious food.

That close camera angle on the flaming wok looks like it burned Mark's arm with splashes of hot liquid. He really goes to extreme lengths to get good footage and make amazing content. Good work Ying and Mark, another great video

Love the video. OMG Watching him work that wok is truly amazing and even relaxing the way he flips that wok I actually jumped when he threw that water on that oil. Geeeez. Talented

At the end of the video, it looked like you indeed may have sustained burn spots from the earlier splashing on your forearm. Hope you're okay and were able to tend to them.
