Thank you to Chef Vladimir Boris Zarkob and the entire White Rabbit team for hosting me on this amazing day of Russian food Breakfast at Chef Vladimirs house - To begin this amazing day of Russian food in Moscow, we were invited over to Chef Vladimirs (head chef of White Rabbit Moscow) for breakfast. Some of the White Rabbit family were there, and they were cooking a full Russian feast for breakfast. Along with huge amounts of Russian black caviar and baked breads, the highlight for me was without a doubt the smoked beef borscht, by far the best borscht Ive ever had in my life. No other borscht I had throughout Russia even came close to the flavor of this. It was an amazing Russian food breakfast and time to meet new friends. Lunch at Gorynich Restaurant, Moscow, Russia - This was completely unplanned until right before going - Chef Vladimir said I should go to Gorynich Restaurant for lunch in order to taste their Russian rye bread, which they bake fresh there. Fantastic restaurant in Moscow, and the bread blew me away, best rye bread Ive ever had in the world. White Rabbit - Not only one of the best restaurants in Moscow and Russia, but one of the best restaurants in the world. White Rabbit has a unique theme - Alice in Wonderland - rabbits and fairytales, and with an amazing view of Moscow

Note - White Rabbit is a 1st class restaurant, but not very expensive. In 2018, this Russian restaurant entered the top World's 50 - White Rabbit, which rose from 23rd to 15th place compared to last year. The jury once again noted the work of this chef of the institution - Vladimir Mukhin.

Hats off to Vladimir he is my favourite now among all others from the world. I cant offered all of this. but thanks to mark for what he is doing and I believe this is just the Beginning someone said the world is too small I thinks Its too big for a foodie.

Who knew Russia was a food destination, they take pride in their culinary history, and the importance of fresh ingredients and dining as family. Thnx Mark for giving us a different perspective of Russia we havent seen before

Almost every item is along with sauce or cream combination, so much of is stick with plate even after consumed Mark. Better servants should feed us directly rather serving in plates. Such that avoid wastage. I'm thinking.

Mark Borsch its not Russian dish Borsch and dumplings (Varenyky) are original Ukranian dishes. And original taste you can feel only in Ukranian village. russia can recommned you only vodka and caviar.

Very interesting, but not my type of food. I prefer different types of meats and vegetables with a simple plain salad and not anything too fancy. This was too over the top.
