my Eating Thai Food Guide: and also my travel and street food website here One of my favorite things to eat in the world is shrimp and luckily Thailand is one of the top countries in the world in terms of producing shrimp. One day I decided to purchase a kilo of the Thai jumbo shrimp and bring them back home to roast them. Part of the reason why shrimp in Thailand have such large heads is because many local Thais consider the head to be the prized part of the creature. After all of them were finished being grilled, I decided to see for myself what the jumbo shrimp head juices were all about. The first step when eating goong pao ) is to first peel off the outer shell of the head. If you do this correctly, it will leave all the juices, meat, and brains from the head in tact. Then you just sort of suck it all down, half chewing while half biting. The brains of Thai shrimp are extremely butter and taste creamy, sweet, and a bit shrimpy. After devouring the head of the shrimp it's then time to proceed to the body, which first needs to be shelled. The actual meat of it wasn't too big but still it was meaty and beautiful looking. I first dunked the shrimp into the spicy Thai seafood sauce before taking a bite. I can say way certainty that it was one of the best single bites of shrimp that I've ever tasted. Not only was it meaty, it was succulently rich, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. I'm a big fan of jumbo shrimp in Thailand and one of the best ways is to just enjoy them is to simply roast them ) over coals and serve them with chili sauce

Now that looks tasty, no doubt it's on the top ten list of jumbo shrimp recipes. However take those same shrimp peel, devein and wrap in thick hickory smoked bacon, saute in drawn butter minced garlic and shallots, flash off with good tequila plate and squeeze some fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro served with saffron rice, refried beans, and warm flour tortillas and you have the number one jumbo shrimp recipe.

You people are so rude calling him gay, he's showing his opinions on the food and SOR-RY if that's illegal. That's very disrespectful to call him that. He's just showing his passion which is food. You don't like how he eats? WHAT ARE YOU STILL DOING HERE? Get off his pageIgnorant peopleAnd even if he is gay, it's not affecting your life so why don't you go educate yourself alot more

I am not from Morocco (great grandparents are. Just love the exotic cuisine tours you take us on and thought Morocco would be the next venture. tangiers, lamb, tabouleh, coucous. Oh no Japan. not a lot of people talk about Japanese cuisine outside of sushi or tempura.

Thanks a lot for following along. I use a Canon 550d with an 18-135mm lens. That's a really tough question. I really enjoy many things from a lot of different countries - probably my most recent memorable trip was to Sri Lanka.

They say prawns are the equivalent of ocean cockroaches, scouring the sea for waste and debris but these are like. WOWDid you borrow some stall's bbq to cook them yourself at home or did you make the sauce entirely yourself?
