Yes Mark puris are supposed to be eaten with something else (vegetable dish) just like Chole Kulcha, Chole Batura. Without the other dish, puris would taste tasteless. The vendor who sold you puri should also be selling something which goes along with puri, I am supprised he didn't give you the vegetable dish along with puri.

idk just to think how newspapers are made, from the press to the stands, how many dirty hands have handled them or what inks are made of. just holding a newspaper with a sweaty palm transfers the ink to your hands what more a greasy food wrapped by it? i leave the rest to your imagination

You cant enjoy Mark's videos if you think this much. :-(Love you Mark May god take care of your health)When you are determine to enjoy the life you have to throw away your worries. It is not a street food if it is hygienic and what not.

it's mostly use as a offering to the God and we take it as a Prasad. Prasad (in Nepali) is a material substance of food that is a religious offering in Hinduism. It is normally consumed by worshippers after worship.

Maybe the food taste good but I think its disgusting how they make they don't use gloves or anything. They use it with their hands and look at his nails its like full of bacteria or germs I would never eat that.

These pink colored puris are used during worship of god/goddess. You should have tried one without food coloring agent. Also better when cooled off and have it milk tea: DLove to eat them for my breakfast.

WoowMark Didn't anyone told you that the Pink Puri is just for warshiping to god and not for eating like that. It's heavly coloured and not good for human consumption. It should have tasted bitter.

I love the texture of the kettle & decay of building. Good job with a good camera & keeping the footage (as usual) at a low compression rate I feel like I'm there (As usual)
