I would appreciate you doing extra research on the food that your eating versus saying i think or i don't know it would really help clarify the food. Just out of courtesy, please chew with your mouth close and not talk with food in your mouth. Doesn't make the food look or seem or appetizing. and one last thing, as a grown adult, if you happen to eat and maybe drip a little food on your lip or chin, it'll be very helpful to the viewers for you to actually wipe the food off of your face, versus us watch a grown man with a dirty face eat for the rest of the episode.

i've watch some video. witch is actualy good. But at some point it got anoying the way he always react when eating something. Lean the head to the right, close the eyes, watch aways and come back with a smile. always, always, always. i dont know, it just seem fake and dont realy mean anything at the end. its just anoying and scrap everything. the video are good but i can barely watch an entire video cause of this anoying habit.

Sorry but anyone who was raised knowing that you can't even let raw chicken TOUCH your other food that isn't being cooked does NOT just grab a huge mouthful of raw chicken, shove it in h/er mouth with no hesitation and then act like s/he's eating the most delicious thing ever encountered. Sorry. The faces here are WAY over-exaggerated. And to the person who is trying to sell us on the concept of sushi-grade chickenjust stop.

Mark, I love the detail of your blog like the description of you getting onto the plane and description of your hotels and the description and explanation of the food that you are about to eat. It's almost like I am there with you on your trips but I am actually at home eating dinner watching you. Thanks for the video and I hope you're going back to Vietnam and do more blogs because it's my home country. Thanks. Troy

okay, ewww on the raw chicken. there is no safe raw chicken where I am from, so I cannot wrap my mind around it. I have read comments that it is safe there, but no way I would eat it, because of how I have been raised I could not do it and it does not look good to me. I do greatly enjoy your videos, and the fact that you eat things that we do not is very educational. The last place you ate looks better to me.

As long as the Farm to fork process is completely aseptic its absolutely fine to eat raw chicken, They wouldnt be successful or even open of it were much of a problem, They SPECIALIZE in this so obviously there must be very strict regulations around it in order for it to occur

other than regular fish sashimi and the chicken sashimi shown here, there's also pork, beef and horse. i've tried some including the horse sashimi and it's just another raw meat dish that many other cultures in other countries eat; albeit in different styles.
