plz if just 1 or 2 ppl can tell me what fish sauce taste like? is it sweet or salty like oyster sauce? So far my favorite sauces are plum & duck sauce. I guess bcuz theyre savory & sweet at the sametime. that's what I'm lookn 4

It has been 4 years following Mark. The main thing that I like him so much is that he never waste any bit of food, every plate land on his hand gets wiped out. His choices of food variety is huge, typical food eater would say he has a bad tongue for not able to determine whether tasty or not, I'd say he has the best tongue to be able to enjoy most of the food

28: 40 that's mini spring rolls with spicy shrimp filling. There are the regular cylindrical types and the ribbon type which Mark had. It's available everywhere in Southeast Asia, the Malay lands. In fact most of the dishes are very much available in Malay restaurants and food stalls across the Malaysia and Singapore.

You are lucky men. I born in Thailand. When I was 10 My Mother and my brother moved to U. S and I been here every since. Every time I watching he eat Thai food. He is killing me. My mom always cook thai food for me. And she work Thai restaurants in U. S and 2011 she past away. God I missed real thai food

28. 28 we called popia simpul or direct translation = knotted spring roll in Malaysia. normally filled with spicy beef floss or shrimp floss. normally serve as Eid snacks for visitors. the skin are from spring roll skins. very taxing to knot the spring roll. but its delicious too.

Oohh. I saw bihun goreng, kuih ketayap, pulut kuning with ayam rendang, jelatah timun, cempedak goreng, simpulan kasih & roti martabak. Their menu just like in Malaysia. Love it
