I truly miss the well-written passages that Anthony Bourdain would have at the end of every episode. He embodied that delicate mix of personality you couldn't quite put a word to. Not quite the wise man no longer the fool. RIP Anthony. We miss you dearly and are forever changed, in the best of ways, by your presence on this earth.

Those meatballs were HUGE! I've made my share of spaghetti and meatballs before but I've never made the meatballs anywhere near that big. They still look good, though.
Ditto that fried seafood platter toward the end. Chef put in that GOAT work.

I'm from the AC area although i now live in NW PA Tony's Baltimore Grill looks like it completely changed and for the much better so I guessing new owners took over because I thought the food absolutely SUCKED! last time I ate there which is over 20 years ago

It is hard to believe that watching someone eat is so popular but I never miss a chance to watch Mark and some times Ying when she allows us to see her I also love his background on the places he goes to

The meat in the sandwich is 2nd rate, terrible! They buy packaged meat already set up for the sandwich use. I had some of the same from a supplier. 2nd Rate at best -- down right terrible!

That Deli sub lady was hilarious. This tour is great Mark and tastefully done and stays respectful to the memory of a great travelling Chef/Author/Rebel.

Lovely video. We need more of this in the world, everyone being nice to each other and being open to enjoy each other s company regardless of race.
