Wait, Mark didn't wear his migrationology T-Shirt? LOL I clicked on this so fast! Fascinating look Mark - I think I need to let this look simmer lol jk. Amazing New Orleans food crawl Mark! The food is always so delicious looking - never been down there and I sure do want to go just for the food alone. But then there are the great people, rich history, scenes, and nature that I want to check out too. That po'boy - just wow. kind of looks like a cheesesteak. must try!

Wow, this seems like the longest food tour he s ever done for one country. Mark s content is awesome as always, but I much prefer when he travels to different parts of the world. I guess because I m from here, but all this American content is just not too interesting for me

you are very intelligent guy. I like watch your videos. always explanation of food! keep it up. videos where people just eat and no talk are quilt boring so I'm going to leave them and watch something more beneficial.

Of all the great food cities in the U. S, New Orleans is my #1.
Delicious looking Po boy indeed but wish Mark would have gone with a traditional simple one - oysters or shrimp (or half-and-half) or roast beef.

Thanks for visiting my home state and NOLA. You could spend many days here and basically never run out of dishes to eat. Many versions of the same meals by many different chefs.

Geez Mark, I can't believe you said the Spanish had anything to do with the cuisine when the Black Man had just schooled you that it was the Africans that did most of it.

If you're still in New Orleans try Cafe Beignet. Better than Cafe Du monde (in my opinion) and they're a lot more pillowy. Anyone who goes to Nola should try both
