I have 1 important question Mark, when watching 90% of your videos, I hardly ever see you with a drink to go with your food, I was just wondering how you eat all that food, with no drink to wash it down with, I know myself can not do it, my mouth and throat gets dry, so I have to have a drink with each meal

I gotta get outta hawaii and visit NJ. Tomahawk cuts in Hawaii start at 120. Thats a good price, and for Bison. Thanks for sharing, been to the airport several times but never stayed there.

Do you work out after everyone of the videos that you do or do you just have a very high metabolism that keeps you looking so skinny after doing all this eating? I'm rather envious! hehe!

Anthony Bourdain was and remains the GOAT. I have a copy of his book, Kitchen Confidential. Pre-HRT, I worked in restaurants so I found Bourdain's book relatable.

The bison steak looked perfect to me. On the contrary the halibut looked too much cooked. It looked a bit tough. Cooking fish unlike frying steak is a delicate thing.

Let us promote vegetarianism in the Western world and East Asian countries. As eating meat harms the environment and helpful animals like cows, horses and camels.
