This place resembles the same like a typical south Indian countryside, the trees, plants and the cooking style also the same in here. Here also we cook field rats, quails etc. The dogs as well as cats are usual in the village in here. I think the thailand country side and our south Indian country side are same only differs by the language. The thing in our countryside mostly we eat chickens and lamb instead of fish.

The thing I love the most is how simple the cooking actually is: fresh ingredients (with the exception of fish sauce or pickled whatever) stir fried hot and fast and then its done. Its like the exact opposite of Indian style cuisine (which I of course also love) which often involves a LOT of ingredients and long cooking times. That holy basil quail just looks amazing. I am going to try it.

Great video with the inlaws bro. yes and that sure does look like an award winning dish. i just ate dinner but after watching that. im skipping desert breakfast lunch just to eat that dish like rite now lol.

That looks delish, we eat something similar to that, but it's call lupa, I do not know if I spell it correct. Can you do a video on the Thi chili sauces, cause I would love a taste some with sticky rice.
