Greetings from Tijuana, Mexico. It seems like yesterday when you filmed the episode in my city. I want to thank you Mark for showing us all these wonderful foods, they all look so delicious. In 1987 I went on a study tour to Tunghai University in Taichung and I remember all the food discoveries I made. Shaved iced with topping, meatball soups with noodles at the night market, sweet bread, Taiwan beer, steamed fish. all with the unique seasonings. I knew It would be my only chance to savor all those dishes. Im glad for this episode, it brought good memories! Thanks again.

Really happy to watch you enjoy that food in Taiwan! I was wondering why don't come to China by any chance, since you have already been to Taiwan, which is very close to China. Moreover, Here in China which is my hometown, will have a lot more delicious food I would like to recommend to you! I wish me and my wife can be your travel guide if you come to Guangzhou China!

I just got back from 2 weeks in Taiwan and food obsessed was the perfect way to describe the country. In the US people greet each other with How are you? While in Taiwan everyone greeted me with Have you eaten yet?

As a Taiwanese, great to have you here tasting the awesome food! Recommend heading down to the south as well, as there are also some of the most delicious foods available. The snow ice dessert is really good.

Beef noodle soup is my favorite as well. Tried several of the top stores like yong Kang beef noodle, and Lin dong fang, but my favorite was a local shop called Da Shixiong beef noodle in Taipei. Sooooo good

If you have to pick one type of cuisine, like for instance Chinese, Taiwanese etc, that you have to eat till the rest of your life, which food would you pick? I'll go for Italian cuisine.
