OK Lets talk Scarpariello 1. Scarpariello is a Acro-dolce and piccante Italian dish, meaning Sweet n Sour and hot spicy. the Acro-dolce is vinegar sugar content and piccante is the hot peppers being Cherry and banana peppers, Culinary secret while melding the fond, add a little a bit of white wine with some white balsamic while sauteing your onions and peppers, also mushrooms can be added and optional, 2. Chicken is not the preferred protein for Scarpariello, pork or veal or both with the sausage, Chicken is an Italian American invention and would resembles more of a Cacciatore, but it's all good, 3. Scarpariello is definitely a term for cobbler in Naples it is a Naples Campania dish but is popular through out Italy, the dish is served in a Stew bowl with slices of bread, the bread like a shoehorn for scooping the stewed veggies and Rugu/sauce. 3. Scarpariello also can refer to the Aversa, Campania pasta dish Pasta allo scarpariello made with spaghetti and similar ingredients without the meat. hope this helps.

As someone from the Chesapeake Bay, that Old Bay art makes it really happy. But what makes me even happier is how pretty and cool Farideh is! Any chance you'd want to go on a date a with a guy your age who is (allegedly) handsome, athletic, 6'4, has a full head of hair, hazel eyes, Ivy League education, and a great job (please please please please)

The very first time I ate this dish it reminded me of the Filipino chicken adobo. And after watching how you prepared it, if you add some soy sauce you would have chicken adobo.
