Way too much salt in the recipe. Maybe she meant a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon but as it stands, the mixture is almost too salty to be edible. I'd say try a teaspoon at most. And I'd probably cut almost all of the lime zest for next time too. Can't really say if they were much good but I'll make them again with those tweaks to the recipe.

The comments here are so upsetting. --As a Miami girl, I'm so excited for this recipe. Mangoes are EVERYWHERE right now! Must maaaake. Thanks for sharing! Looks delicious! --Aside from cooking in olive oil, it has a much lower smoke point. Bad idea.

Gluten free people don't even know what is gluten and the ones that do know are just riding the bandwagon. These are potstickers, not dumplings. Potstickers and dumplings are made the same way but the way you cook them is the difference.

I've been trying soybean oil for the first time. Seems to work great. Has a really high flash point. We got a huge container of it at Costco for fairly inexpensive per ounce/gallon. Does great in our deep fryer.

PR marketer for chefs, loves to cook (and knows how to do it properly, buys fish in China town, makes jokes about gluten, knows how to identify fresh fruit, cooks half dressed. -That is the perfect woman.

I made this recipe, with two different versions, one with mango and another with maracuya. Also adding mint changes the whole recipe, It's incredible how good and fresh the result is. Great video!

Because of TV and videos like this I believe every time Americans talk there's inoffensive stock music in the background and I'm well pissed off when it doesn't happen in real life
