whoever edited the portion where he is actually prepping/deboning the chicken should be sat down for a SERIOUS talking to. he describes all the moves and demonstrates them simply, but you insisted on cutting back out to look at him, rather than the food. terrible. the ONLY part of this that is potentially technical and tricky is cutting/deboning the chicken, and the editing managed to just make that an enigma.

I'm glad to see my home country food gets famous around the world, but also a bit sad at the same time as someone allergic to chillies. Over a decade, a lot different but mostly spicy Asian cuisines have gained popularity, and I feel a little bit excluded from the mainstream. All I can do is just drooling in front of the screen.

This chicken def doesn-t look fully cooked. Especially the wing part. Why not just dislocate the wings since you-ll cut them apart anyways? I know you want to show off de-bone the chicken and you did mention you can cut in pieces for this recipe but no one really pays attention like I do.

For god's sake, please make a formatted printable ONE PAGE version of the recipes you offer. No one is gonna print out a 4 page webpage for a single recipe. Take a cue from other websites that offer recipes. Thanks, -Earth.
