Man I miss having encebollado in Ecuador. There's really great ones here in the States too, but nothing beats waking up over there and going to get bowl for -1 with my uncle for breakfast.

El encebollado no es tan sopudo. Y yo nunca me lo e comido con chifle. El chifle le quita el sabor a la yuca. El encebollado no lleva gengibre.
