thanks for the link to ecosia, I really believe that we need more forests in this world, I hope that city and nature will be more combined in the furture, with more trees and plants, maybe even some green roofs.
For tips, there is always the turning of the water and lights when not in use (it will save you money. You can also try to keep a cup or bucket near the taps, so when you wait for water to get the right tempature you will then could collect the unneeded water and use for watering house plants: )
Driving with other when you need to go to work is also a good kompromis for public transport when it is not an option.

A suggestion I read online years back, for environmental concerns one child is enough. The planet is over crowded and resources are depleted, forests cut for houses, etc. More people, means more cars, plastics, appliances and subdivisions. We are child free, and I am finding more older women (50 plus) near me, who opted for child free, most have/had careers. We drive fuel efficient cars.

There is a lot of unusual wastage of water in out kitchens. Like when we are washing fruits, veggies, rice. Or when we are just rinsing anything with plain water, we can use that water for watering our plants. Which otherwise wld go wasted in the sewage.

Think about all that lost of money and pollution of environment with tampons and pads. Women can make a big change if they use menstrual cups, they are reusable, pollution free, and much more practical. It is also a cheaper way to deal with the periods.
