Looking forward to more such curry recipes in the future. And btw for the next one, how about a whole videos on wraps and tacos. That would be cool.
I tried out your falafel with hummus wrap and loved it. Wanna see more such recipes.
Love from India

heyy, everything looks amazing: ) Just a suggestion, next time you use mustard seeds, wait for a minute or so, let them pop and then add the cumin seeds. We call it 'Tadka' here in India. It brings out more flavour to the dish! Enjoy!

Also every indian food hack. Always cook the vegetables then add the spices at the end. Coz if u just cook spices for too long they lose their flavour and turns maybe toxic so. Add them at the end cook them for 2 min and u r good to go!

A tip from Indian. Always add your garam masala at the end. So u can have more flavour and the colour doesn't get dark and dull but bright and beautiful also. Your whole kitchen will smell when u put at the end. Hope it's helpful

Excellent video and budget curry recipes. I love spicy foods so curries and vegan chilli recipes are my favourite and the ones I make the most. They are great recipes to keep me warm and spices also help our immune system.

I find it odd that almost everything is from scratch yet a vegetable boulion cube is thrown in. There are soooo many varieties of vegetable boulion cubes out there. What is in this one that you're using?

I have two questions. One, why do you add the water from a electric kettle instead of the tap? And two, any plans to compile all these meals from your budget series into a cookbook? Because I would buy that!

Since I do have everything on hand for the last recipe although we have yet to go shopping for this week I definetly know what I will be cooking later on in the day. It looks so incredibly delicous.
