Those smoothies look so delicious. I personally usually use smoothies as a quick snack, that I make from leftover fruits, so here's my simple all time favorite smoothie for anyone who is interested: I'll put frozen raspberries (sometimes I'll change it up with some other berries as well) a frozen or fresh banana and some fresh orange juice in a blender and I'll add some water if necessary for the consistency. It's similar to the raspberry lemonade smoothie in the video, but because of the natural sweetness of the orange instead of a lemon, there's nothing else needed. It's just as simple as that and very delicious.

Cashews are indeed delicious but more people should take into consideration their production. Over 90% of cashews are from Africa then taken to Vietnam to be worked on by awfully paid workers to eventually come to Europe. No EU label can guarantee its fairness, unfortunately. Europeans should embrace nuts like walnuts and almonds

Sadia, today is the day I decided to go Vegan. I have been vegetarian for more than a year now. I had many doubts about if I could actually go vegan, but I thought of your videos and your amazing recipes and thought of course I can do it! Look at all these marvelous, delicious, nutritious, glowing, wholesome recipes

Can you do a video of roasted vs raw nuts? I was reading up on it and it sounds like overall it's better to eat them raw for nutrients and no free radical, but I guess for taste/texture as an addictive roasting is the way to go occasional.

These are so beautiful and vibrant. I love how adaptable vegan recipes are and how easy it is to disguise things like spinach for those who don t get enough greens. It s incredible also how spinach makes smoothies creamy.
