Sam, what do you say to the idea that metal bristle type brushes on the grill are dangerous because a bristle can come off and end up in your food, get swallowed and cause problems in your esophagus? I was actually convinced and have been using a wooden great scrape paddle type thing. Seems to work I guess but what's your opinion on that?
