I hugely enjoyed your comments about Kashrut and that it's more important what's in your heart than what's in your stomach. But long ago a famous and very wise Jew said What comes out of your mouth is what's in your heart. And again, A man is not defiled by what goes into the mouth, but by what comes out of it. Sam Cuban sandwiches are the best. Living here is Tampa they invented Cuban sandwiches in the early 1900's as cheap food for the cigar factory workers. There are a few bakeries in Tampa that make authentic Cuban bread and that just makes the sandwich even better. Love your videos keep on cooking! ( La Segunda bakery in Tampa does mail order of authentic Cuban bread )

Anyone have the recipe for this gorgeous sandwich? It's not on his web site. I can only guess as to the amounts of the ingredients. Just finished breakfast and making plans for dinner. And, isn't that sandwich upside down? He layered the bottom with mustard then layered on the ham which now appears on the top in the final presentation. Aw, shucks. just sayin'.

The reason to not eat pork has nothing to do with health. The reason is because GOD TOLD US NOT TO EAT IT. You are free to disobey Him, but, if he cares about obedience, don't expect to get into heaven with him. Also, if you don't believe in God, please don't preach to other people and try to get them to join you in you rebellion.

This is funny. because we just watched the movie Chef. also thank you for clarifying your religious or non religious beliefs, especially being Jewish. I was wondering, the dude eats. bacon etc. etc. but I already new, it's a matter of choice. not a so called religious thang! The heart issue. not dope either.

I'm an atheist but when I go and there is an afterlife (sorry God, didn't expect the Yankees cap, I would hope that He'd remember the woman I saved from heatstroke on time and the lady who's tire I fixed another. If no entrance to the pearly gates, can I at least sit by the doorway?

Make a plate of new york Halal food! My favorite plate from one of those places is: rice with chicken and lamb salad on the side with the whole plate covered in red(hot) sauce, white(cucumber) Sauce, and BBQ sauce. Ive never been able to find a place that makes it well outside of new york
