You cooked those perfectly. I cook my mushrooms like you do but I have never used vermouth with them. I am in on this, thanks. I keep a lot of dried mushrooms on hand because I cook with them so often and I am always so glad that I keep them available to me. Oh and although good on top of a burger or steak I love them just like that. Cheers!

I doubt Max or you will ever read this post and at this point what is done is done. But, Why in the EFF did you change /destroy such a beautiful kitchen? Even if you have Zillion of dollars? NOBODY on earth sees the sense in it other than. boredom. unhappiness? or. nagging. sorry I say too much sometimes and probably need my filter replaced.

Is it just me or is this guy not know how to just leave them lay in the pan for a moment or two to cook opposed to just constantly frantically stirring them around the bottom of the pan. At that rates going to take twice as long to cook them and that's not an opinion I'm a trained chef. Again why am I the only one seeing this?

I wouldnt have added butter till after they had caramelised and would have added either soya sauce or salt but not both also too many flavours there, sometimes simple is better. Think they were given too long in the pan also. Love watching you guys but dont think this was your best effort imho.

Ummm. This guy does not make the best mushrooms. I found a houswifes recipe on youtube and made her mushrooms. Simple, easy, not fussy and they are to die for. I am making them again right now. Btw I consider myself an amazing cook and baker. I love to cook but i do not like snobby cooks.

Oh wow that looks so incredibly delicious! I love those baby bellas, and have always sauteed them with just butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime at the end. They are insanely delicious, but now I want to try them with the seasonings you showed here, looks even better!

Your recipe enthralled me right up to the very end when you blasphemed and uttered the evil word CILANTRO. thank God you used parsley instead. You should realize 20% of the population has a genetic marker that makes cilantro (and everything it touches) tastw like SOAP!
