So I don't like crab, but it's one of the foods I wish I liked (along with mushrooms) so I eat it occasionally to try and develop a taste for it. The last time I tried it I got one of those shitty cans of crab and it was just tiny shreds. This looks really good though and I'll definitely be making it.

I feel your pain, daily. I hope you don't get stuck with it for life. Great show though! Not sure I could stand to stay upright for that long when it gets really bad. (shares a strip of bacon)

Add some bread crumb, an egg white and shape into a patty, lay on some Panko and you have the beginings of a very nice crab cake. Eat it as is or in the torta pocket as a crab cake sandwich.

Love the recipe but man your camera guy needs work. The zoomed out angle with him in it is so unnecessary - we are watching to see the food.

I don't get the reason of getting rid of the green part of the scallion. It's just as delicious and far more nutritious than the white part.
