I mean the weather sucks, so why the hell not? marie-elena: Sam, you are totally right! Like you, I use fresh garlic all the time. I had the same experience with the already minced garlic that comes in the jar. From the moment I opened the jar (about 15 years ago) I became ill- I still remember after all these years- of course, I immediately tossed the jar and never looked back- I do wear surgical gloves when I handle garlic as my family complained that my hands always would smell like garlic- let that be the worse!
