Here's a perfect add to your New Year's Eve food lineup.
Susi: I made a version of these tonight. The store had some reduced priced shrooms. Used them along with things I already had including some prosciutto I cut up, minced garlic clove, chopped green onions, (used the bottom half while cooking and mixed the top green part after cooking, salt, pepper, a couple pinches of hot pepper flakes and the eggs. After cooking I blended some blue cheese into the mixture along with the top portion of the green onions, filled the cups then topped it off with a slice of roasted pepper that I got recently at the Dollar store.
