Been watching since Abom79, n weld. com put your grill together, and I must say you sir have a way with food, keeping your audience glued to what ever they are watching your show on, n every day watching older shows. I'm hooked. There is now 3 people I follow every day, you, Abom79, n AvE. 2 out of 3 are Canadians. Like me. Born in Windsor, moved to the states 5 days later for 16 years in the Detroit n Syracuse area, then to sunny Fla. 1970 been here since. A retired electrician. 40 years. Enjoyed it tremendously. Now it's you. I tell everyone, if u want a good show, lots of laughs and a learning experience all in one, you are the man. Thanks for being there, n sharing your knowledge.

sam i get it and understand it. i even praise you for it. how ever the best homemade fresh flour tortilla does not hold a candle to the best home made fresh corn tortilla and i have lived in SD so i know you have access to them. your restaurant your choice but i truly believe your sales would improve if you made better tortilla choices. but when its all said and done what you are doing is great and i bet you dont even need the improve on sales. i wish i knew about this place when i was there so i could had tried it. if im ever back there i will stop by and try em.

Dear Sam, I think rather than not not taco, you actually make real deep taco, here in Mexico taquerias offer traditional and commercial well know tacos, but in the loneliness of our kitchens we make tacos out of all kinds of leftovers even out of fideo soup, and the results are very similar to the ones you amazingly prepare. We have a Mexican saying: everything that fits in a tortilla (even a flour one) is a taco. Now I only wish to have one of your taqueria down here besides to the normal ones.

The only thing I dont like about this video is how adamant he is by keep saying there is nothing Mexican about his tacos but come on there tacos there still have mexican or Hispanic influence I mean someone in Mexico or other Hispanic place might be making them like that so yea that's the only part I didn't like of how he kept going out of his way to keep saying that. They still tacos on a tortilla mexican dont only eat corn tortillas just saying buddy.

What do you have against Life? You are all the time complaining about the sounds of life in the background. Those sounds are not overcoming the sound of your voice, so chill. That is life happening behind you. Embrace it! We like your videos, you make some awesome food. But you need to accept that life goes on around you and we do not mind hearing it! By the way, you need to open a Not Not Tacos here in Frankfort Kentucky! Franchise!

I just started watching your videos on YouTube, and I mentioned it to my mother, and her face lit up! It's because my brother bought one of your cooking books a while back, and she pulled out YOUR COOKING BOOK in our bookshelf! I thought that was so funny. Also, my family goes to Filippi's ALL the time, so I think I will go to NNT next time I'm there. Keep doing what you do, you're great at it.

WOW WOWZA Only just found this but great to see you in your workplace aaaannnd. OMG gotta pick 2. The Smokey Pork and Mac. texture and salt and cheese mmm And the pastrami based number. The other two looked great but if I had to order two. Been a while since I've been in San Diego but if I get there anytime soon I'll come and visit.

Tried Not Not Taco's for the 1st time today! It was awesome! Had Korean short rib, Asian Salmon and marinated lamb. All 3 were awesome! My favorite was Asian Salmon. And finally just to be a pig, I tried a Lobster taco from another place in the food court, While it was good, It certainly was Not Not Not Taco's!

Hey Sam, what happened to the hamburger taco meat? It looks grey/greenish. Is it because of a marinade or is it just a little spoiled? Either way, it looks really GROSS (no disrespect intended. I am hoping it is some kind of marinade and not stale/spoiled meat. Best regards, Liz
