I'd really like to see a complete diagram of your outdoor kitchen showing the layout of all appliances, EVO, grill, etc. I'm planning on constructing something similar very soon. Several photos would also be beneficial if you don't mind sharing. Did you use an outdoor kitchen designer? What type of canopy/roof is over your cooking area? Thanks.

You should really highlight some of the positive things the viewers say instead of focusing on the 1 guy with a stick up his ass, makes the videos not as upbeat when you spend 3 minutes in each video defending yourself each time. Focus on positives!

Sam I'm a huge fan and hotdogs and burgers are my life. I swear I truly believe that my life is a journey in search of the best chili dog ever. Btw I suggest you try Wolf brand chili no beans you'll never use anything else store bought again.

I tried this and it was interesting to say the least, I couldnt taste everything though. there is lot going on with the sandwich I think next time Ill add smaller amounts or take stuff out but its a good starting point.

do you have to heat the whole flat top or can you heat just a section of it, if you can heat the whole thing you should make a big pizza so long as it doesn't drip of on all sides
