I'll show you how to make the best surf and turf burrito - starting w/ my easy recipe for carne asada! Robert: Bad ass. Will try soon. Can't go wrong with chapotle! I would like to do a little lime in shrimp marinade since it won't be in there long. Maybe even a bit of tequila! You got it going on Bud. Cut your avacado half's in two again and peal the corners of skin and you can get all that good stuff. Just learned that last year and am about to be 63!

I'd rather leave all of that and keep it simple. cecina carne. I don't think its in the same category. my guy its not carne asada. you're correct by saying its not traditional but its def not carne asada. as the title says surf and turf burrito. but not carne asada. grilled skirt steak marinated in your version of whatever marinade.

Instead of rolling and then griddling, put the tortilla on the flat top, flip it, add the meat, let the tortilla get a little color. Then slide the unfolded tortilla onto a board. NOW add the guacamole and roll. Doing it the other way (grilling after it's fully assembled and rolled) gives you warm soupy guac.

Sam, big fan from the philippines here, i have been trying a few Spicy Gambas recipes online and whenever i do, they always turn out not as good as advertised. Have been following you for a while now, do you have one you can share? thank you (Spicy gambas with garlic)

He didnt cook the asada enough nd it look liked he cooked the shrimp too much. Looked rubbery. Once somebody says he doesnt care what the guacamole tastes like, I cant trust it. Food looks good tho. I wouldve wanted some rice and beans for my burrito when i cook it.

I always fast forward because I want to see the obvious end result without all the verbose, none important talking. War is never pretty. I'm truly glad that Sam found is passion but geeze Louise don't forget your manners and your humble beginnings. Yvette M.

everytime i make a burrito, I put everything (meats, spices, sauces etc) in a bowl and mix it up. Then i put it on the tortilla. I dont like to eat a burrito and have the guac on one side, meat on the other etc. I like every bite to taste like everything.

Can someone let me know when he uploads the entire recipe with the measurements I do not want to develop any type of heart problems I do not have currently lol. However, on that note, I will be making this when the COVID-19 comes to an complete end!

I pray cody makes it home safe and doesn't suffer ptsd from all he's been through. I wish people appreciate their lives and stop complaining when there's people like cody out there going through so much more than anything we ever can fathom

Sam you're awesome. Also soy sauce goes great with anything and everything, people that gripe about it must have never used it. I put it in or on everything from homemade pizza sauce to fried eggs(with a little olive oil on top)
