I'm so jealous of your knives. I bet one costs more than I spend on myself in a year lolWe're doing 100% homemade carne asada today for the 1st time. I decided to do it myself because I can't find a carniceria in Texas that marinades it like San Diego (where my wife is from. The original plan was to do street tacos, but I think the leftovers are getting put on fries. Carne Asada Fries are my absolute favorite thing in the world. (Also try surf n turf fries, anyone visiting SD for more than a day)

The best way to buy avocados is to buy directly from a produce distributor and as green as possible. There have been fewer hands checking them, there will be a checkerboarding process (ripe avocados next to green, and so on, you will get a much better price, and there will be much fewer brown spots.

There isn't a single thing SOCAL has that NORCAL doesn't but we do it better, don't have traffic, fresh air, and don't have needles and human shit in our roads and communities. Cheers. If you're not from SOCAL we got em up here too, and yes, as usual, we do it better.

I saw this video for the first time last November. I just wanted to say thanks. I saw it and immediately went and ordered my Omega Speedmaster Professional. It just came today and I had to watch this video again. Thanks for being a great influence.

I wanna see a freaking taco style lasagna. MAX. Come on, layers and layer and. layers of tortilla with ground beef or skirt steak covered in special spicy guac sauce, a variety of fresh grated cheese and! Pico de gallo. Sam Voice: COME ON

I've tried cilantro several times. I really want to like it because one of our favorite restaurants is a Mexican place run by real Mexicans. But for me, the more I try it, the worse I hate it: ( That steak made my mouth water, btw.

i honestly wish one of these videos would just be about food. the banter is horrid in all of these and i always click and watch for 2 mins then remember. ooh ya this guy is annoying but makes good looking and sounding food right.

The cook sucks. Who makes a in tutorial flip flops? Commentary sucks. Camera was out of focus. I love medium rare, but not fucxking carne asada. I would not feed those fries to my dog. And even if I did he would not eat them.

You know, nobody on the east coast knew what carne asada fries were. There was a mom and pop restaurant in San Diego near Mirmar base who stayed open late at night and had this on their menu. It was like heaven!
