The past few days I've been making sandwiches and wraps with a mix of pulled pork and corned beef, some cole slaw, cheese, mayo/A1/sriracha sauce, and sauteed onions and jalapenos. Got to be the best sandwich I've ever made. Unbelievable depth of flavor.

Sam, sorry, but this is not homemade corned beef. If you had brined the brisket yourself, then braised (or steamed) in a spice blend instead of boiling, that would be homemade. Mixing things from two jars, that is not homemade. That said, you are entertaining.

Great show guys, I tell everyone to watch you. Easy recipes and available ingredients. Also bought the cookbook and it hasn't let me down yet. Anyone reading this. Go grab a copy now. Sam, any chance I can get it signed?

Made this last night (I know, a day late, but you know, COVID) and it was the best corned beef I've ever had according to my wife. So simple. My only regret is we didn't get a bigger piece of beef.

We've always eaten it straight out of the pot and just tried not to look at it too much. It never occurred to me to put it in the oven for a few munutes. I'm definitely doing this next year!

No one and I mean NO ONE in Ireland would say Patty, s day. It's Paddy's day always. That said that beef looks amazing, I have to try it
