Carne Asada fries, cheese fries, chili cheese fries - so why not benedict fries? melissa: Seriously, did you just have an orgasm when you tried with the poached egg. Well, I would have. Change the parsley with chives. Nothing better with potatoes than a slight oniony bacon eggy flavor. Hey, if you have ever been to Waffle House to eat breakfast. Everybody knows you get your hash browns scattered smothered and covered.

I'm going to try this! Looks easy! Looks great! Love the reminder on how to make and maintain poached eggs! As a high school teacher, just saying I really appreciate the effort going into using way less profanity on the show. Just so you know, I started watching during the three episode Kaua'i series. Loved it.

Wow! This looks delicious. If this is what you come up with after merely rupturing an Achilles tendon, I cant wait to see what flights of gustatory fancy spew forth from your culinary imagination when someone goes full Gillooly on your kneecaps!

So. what did you actually cook. Everything was already made. What happen to your show! It use to be awesome. But you're like everyone else on this internet. I've been watching you since I was a kid. I'm 30 now. By the way. Get better.

Agreed, that would work in any occasion besides breakfast. Love the amount of runny yolk in those poached eggs, few can get them just like that! Recover 100% Sam.

You really can't be stopped, can you? You're injured and still making the videos, I knew I subbed for a reason. Get well soon!

That is a debilitating long term process to get over an Achilles tendon injury, question; who shot you with an arrow? Lol.
