Drives me crazy that people believe that their is only one right way to do a recipe. They do not believe their exist any innovation or even regional differences. I see this so much with food and drinks. People are always saying everyone else is doing it wrong.

Sorry man, my wifes breakfast sandwich blows yours away. From the fried egg, to the choice of spreads, to the placement and amount of avocado you wouldnt be cutting it to pieces or think of sharing it. Ill give you a B+ for effort, but its not that good.

Looks fantastic. Now waiting for Avocados to come back down in price again. Not sure what is going on as it is June 2019 in San Diego. Small warning: that KewPie Japanese Mayo that Sam loves has Monosodium Glutamate as a main ingredient.

Sam is the best because you can tell he genuinely loves food. It's those moments when he tastes the raw product and you can see his eyes pop that makes him such an interesting person to watch cooking!
