View Sam's BEEF AND SNOW PEAS recipe: View all Sam The Cooking Guy's recipes: Hairmandan: Tonight I followed the receipt to a T until my Sam Adams Rebel IPA entered the pitcher. OMgawd! After deglazing the pan and adding a bit more with the veggies the sauce turned a gravy brown and super delicious! Try it, you might like it. I only added a half of IPA Beer. Ty Sam for the inspiration! :)

Did he just say food of your people 6: 05. Thats kind of racist Sam. I been watching your videos and your recipes looks great but your attitude sucks. Prepare your ingredients ahead of time and please stop throwing your utensils in the sink while your filming its kind of rude showing off or something.

Thank you Sam. Prep, prep, prep. Fast cooking time. 3 things, it needed red pepper for color and taste. The sauce needed water. Show your watchers to keep sample tasting what they are cooking. You make it look like it just comes out perfect every time.

I live in Vancouver, (Richmond, actually, and Beef & Snow Peas is one of my favorite Chinese dishes! But you really need to add some Garlic and a bunch of fresh Ginger!
