Exactly as it sounds, plus there's melty provolone and onions and peppers - its crazy fricking delicious. Garth: Sounds great, we'll try just that. Ground sausage! P. S. Ground Beef today is a poor choice of beef or hamburger meat compared to 2 decades or more ago. Today, those accountants find any way they can to get other parts of steer to be defined beef. We don't find it easily in the typical grocery store but use ground chuck or ground round. It's rare to see it in the meat section so we shop where there is a meat dept or a butcher and ask them to grind it for us. They don't like to do it because the store policy doesn't like them grinding anything thats not one the approved or routine list. Man, what a farce, to have a butcher shop such as Stater Bros or Albertsons and have to ask and plead for them to grind the chuck I just bought from them. Burgers simply don't compare until you try ground chuck. you won't ever want the overpriced ground beef that sells for more than the chuck beef does when its on sale. Get 10 pounds of it and they will give you less trouble to grind it. When is Not Not Tacos opening?

All right, those burgers do look really good. But. .. why would you need to season Italian sausage? It always comes with all the flavor it needs; that's the way they always make it, and if your brand doesn't, then you shouldn't be buying that brand. And even if you were gonna add salt, why would it need to be kosher instead of just garden-variety? Final thought: why no green peppers to mix with the red ones and the onions to achieve that true Italian tricolor effect? A missed opportunity, I think.

Hey if youre in Phoenix again I would love to meet you in person! I followed your show since the early days and made my then future wife the shrimp and cabbage tacos! Maybe thats what won her over! Anyhow I missed your show at Safeway because she was undergoing chemo. Maybe we see you next time! We also made your garlic blue cheese spinach pasta. It was amazing!

I know this is an older video, but tomorrow I'm mixing hot Italian sausage with a pound of ground beef because I have to feed about 6 to 8 people. I'm making the rolls from scratch because I love my Kitchenaid. Yes I have sesame seeds. Mixing the meats will make more burgers and I think it will taste amazing!

Sam i tried this & was super delicious. Would you do your take on a Frita Cubana. Its a patty made of ground beef, ground pork, & ground chorizo into a single patty with a swirl of katchup, crispy shoestring potatoes on a hawaian style sweet bun.

If you're cooking your sausage patty in a skillet, DO NOT turn the heat too high. If that grease pops and lands on your bare skin, you are in for some pain. I'm thinking this is common knowledge but, worth repeating once in a while.

When I move into a house it's on my man. Can't grill in an apartment complex. But have tried your in home recipes and well, just know that I'm sending a fist bump out your way my man.

Somebody kind of already invented this. Up in Chicago they call that a Maxwell Street sausage. Of course up there it's sort of a hot dog, very creative anyway. Looks delicious

Grew up with my family making sausage and peppers regularly and never thought to prepare it in the form of a burger. This is blowing my mind, haha. I have to try making this!

It's almost exactly one of the most common type of piadina here in Italy (do you have piadina in America. Only difference is that we use normal sausage opened like a book.
