I was gonna say something along the lines of does this guy think he's on Food Network or something? what's with the three camera guys for such a simple video. until I found out he actually was a television personality before coming to YouTube. But either way, having the camera crew incorporated into the video so much destroys any kind of relatability you could have and the lack of editing makes the video feel bloated and unfocused. I'd say either keep simpler for a video like this or at least don't make the camera crew so obvious. This isn't television, it's YouTube and despite Google's best efforts: people tend to prefer their content less manufactured and more focused.

Sugar wont dissolve into lemon juice, true. Instead of using the stove and heating up water and all for a simple lemonade (usually people are lazy and don't wanna go through the hassle, just put the sugar and water (even if cold) into a blender. Let it run on its maximum setting for about 30seconds to a minute, and you'll be gucci. All the sugar would dissolve.

shooting a 12 minute video using 4 cameras and two camera men to combine a cup of sugar a cup of water and a cup of lemon juice is a bit of an overkill me thinks. There is 30s of real content there the most.

wouldn't it be easier to get the water hot first before dumping the sugar? it would dissolve almost instantly and not have to worry about them settling at the bottom.
