Sam, Thank You So Much Sam. thanks sam heres 100 bucks sam thankyou. also 3 beatutiful chicken tender strips deep fried not air fried has to be deep fried to go along with the mashed potatoe taco. also ranch for diping. also tabouli. also cabbagge. also scrambled eggs with maple syrup. also coffee matteee liquid creammer for drinking with cocanut flakes and cinninum.

I mash them by hand with a large fork before adding any butter, cream, milk, etc. Then I add the butter/cream and use a hand blender. They come out super creamy with no lumps every time that way for me. The fork method mom taught me works much faster and is easier to clean than the ricer. I mainly came to see the crack head tacos at the end which looked awesome btw.

Dear Sam, I have seen many of your videos which I have enjoyed, one part being your particular sense of humor. at first it bugged me. but then I got used to it and find it acceptable. My question is why do you use regular butter, that is why not clarifed butter ( Ghee ) which as we know is more healthy. as it has no colesterol and is actually healthy to eat.

Add some freshly grated nutmeg (that's a must have) and a bit of creme fraiche maybe sour cream will do the job, too. Also goes well with crispy danish fried onions or aromaitc swiss cheese, but add that as long as the mash is hot so it melts well. you are welcome

Seriously, we all need chunky potatoes. Why go smooth? Just get instant crap. Stop peeling potatoes btw, takes away the texture. We all don't live in a hospice. Take out the eyes and brown bits but leave the rest and clean them good, easier and way better.
