Yea, never saw the point of wasting so much of the egg. Just make a sunny side up and have the same result and actually get to eat the whole egg and no shell bits.

FYI, cooking time is going to depend on altitude. Here at 800 ft the cooking time is 8: 15 to get the same result. Damn fine vid, Sam!
