Richard: I made this twice this weekend for two potlucks. Friends raved about how good it was. I made one pan the night before to learn how to make it. Let me tell you its better when freshly out of the oven and still warm. If you make it the night before heat it up before you leave for your event. Warm is really better. Fits nicely in 9 pie tin.
