Gorgeous sloppy mess. Yum! BTW, if you get a burn and don't immediately run the burn under cold water (rubbing ice cubes over it would be better, it will continue burning, literally cooking the flesh, and get worse. A potential nasty burn would only be a minor one with no swelling, blistering, way less pain. But you have to run it under cold running water or rub with ice cubes for at least several minutes.

You obviously love caramelized onions. They have a completely different taste and texture than raw onions. Personally I much prefer my onions uncooked. Fries on a sandwich? Naw, not for me. But leave the onions in their natural state, and lose the fries, and Ill agree that looks like an awesome breakfast sandwich. Everyone has their own preferences.

Just cooked this up and oh my fking god! ! Best sandwich i have had in a LONG time! 5 stars! Can't wait to try out more of your recipes. Thinking that steak sandwich with the glazed donut next. Am kind of curious, out of all your recipes. Which ones are your personal favorites? Thanks for posting these videos and keep up the great work!

Man I have to admit that the first time I saw one of your videos i thought you were full of shit. But being from Texas you might see where I am coming from. But in time I see that you have a way with cooking that is all your own. I can't wait to make this sandwich for myself. And I look forward to more of your videos.

#1 God doesn't have a last name. #2 I'm really not all that impressed with your cooking or your cute boyfriend/camera man. #3 This is such a Amature video. Anyone can cook a breakfast sandwich to equal & surpass this one without rude obnoxious swearing & taking the Lord's name in vain totally unnecessary. Grow Up!

Everything but the fries is just right, I would of added a sausage patty and instead of the fries, a has brown. If you wanna add the time why not make a hash brown patty but the egg is a must, when you cut into a sandwich watching that yellow goodness run down the sandwich, my God it's holy

What a coincidence! I was just looking for something awesome for breakfast and have to have some pastrami in the fridge. As it happens, I love spinach but didnt have any in the fridge substitute with avocado? Why not! My first Sam the cooking guy inspired breakfast sandwich! A delicious mess.

Just made it. Tastes great but it was way too salty. Probably couldve been a fault on my part but I feel like adding salt in the garlic mayo, spinach, and maybe even the egg is unnecessary. The cheese and the pastrami alone seem sufficient for the seasoning of the sandwich.

Kewpie should be sponsoring you by now but since they have not gotten on your bandwagon yet, why don't you help us by coming up with a copycat recipe to make your own Japanese style mayo? Thanks! I bet you can make it even better!
