Sorry Sam, I took your idea and I wanted to duplicate it, but I did not have jalapeno peppers. After debating on weather to drive to the store and get coronavirus or stay home, I stayed home and. I mixed chopped cooked bacon into the filling (which worked out great, the family loved it) and I wanted to thank you for always teasing my brain with new ideas, big fan here, stay safe!

Sam I'm from Texas and that's the only size burger we know! I always make mine like that with 2 halves except I stuff with pepperjack cheese. Also an old trick my mom taught me is crush up some saltine crackers and put in the ground beef to help them stay together. Or you can make one 1/2 lb ball and make an indent with your thumb then stuff and seal. That looks amazing btw!
