The sight of that cooked prime rib takes my breath away, both before and after cutting. And boy do I ever have a next recipe for you. I can't understand how a person could eat a roast beef sandwich without garlic + mayo + HORSERADISH spread along with mustard of your choice (lowkey Keen's hot mustard. Your recipe here is no doubt killer, but carmelized onions, garlic mayo and horseradish mustard is overkill in the flavour department especially with au jus juice.

2 crazy revelations happened in this video:
1. I realised you Americans call HP Sauce (Steak Sauce) what we brits call Brown Sauce
2. Sam is well aware of W. A. P and that itself is terrifying
And I love how baked he looked when he forgot what he was doing

Anchovy paste is amazing when cooked. If I eat one more crappy, fishy, slimy, Caesar salad with raw anchovy and garlic dressing I m gonna do nothing, but complain more. I m looking at you Carnival Cruises.

Why not put the paste and then the seasoning so the seasoning has something more to adhere to? Or better yet, salt the meat and leave it in the fridge for 24 hrs before cooking.

Anchovy paste, yes. Eat an anchovy, you get an experience you may not like. Cook with it, on the other hand, and you get another thread in the fabric of good flavor.

Anchovies are good, but in reality most of the time it just adds depth. Keep up the anchovy paste. Could you also use something like fish sauce? Worcestershire?

Looks A#1 but I would have sprinkled on the crispy outer pieces of meat and mustard seasoning that were falling off during sliceing for even more texture and taste.

Sam, you need to check our a Super Beef 3-way from the North Shore of Massachusetts. Hands down the best roast beef sandwich and not many people know of it
