Egg fried rice is so easy. I don't see why people complicate it. Day old rice eggs. Whatever meat you want, some veg, onion, garlic, ginger, green onion for garnish. Salt pepper. Soy sauce. Easy.

Who cares about uncle Roger opinion? I am Brazilian and we cook rice completely different from him and I can assure it is much better. Your rice looks awesome

That fired rice was too wet. Too much soy sauce. Also, after cooking the white rice let it cool out in the open until it s room temp, then freeze it.
