Here is a recipe for the best juicy lucy (stuffed burger) sliders: Ingredients - 1 pound ground beef (80% lean) - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder - Salt and pepper, to taste - 4 slices of American cheese - 8 slider buns - Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and condiments of your choice Instructions 1. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. 2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. 3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a thin patty. 4. Take one patty and place a slice of American cheese in the center. Top with another patty and seal the edges, ensuring the cheese is completely enclosed. 5. Repeat with the remaining patties and cheese slices. 6. Place the stuffed patties on the preheated grill or skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. 7. Toast the slider buns on the grill or skillet for a couple of minutes until lightly browned. 8. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun, and adding your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. 9. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious juicy lucy sliders! Note: You can customize this recipe by adding additional ingredients to the burger mixture, such as minced onions or cooked bacon bits, to enhance the flavor even more

Hey Sam and family. Ive been watching your videos for a good while now. Because of the way you make your videos and how you mention if you dont have this, you could use that ive made a lot of amazing food. I love your videos and how fun you make cooking. Thank you for doing this. I hope to buy some gear from your shop soon. Also because of how you encourage us to make food or show how easy it is, ive now created my famous chili that my brother and his family absolutely loves. Thank you so much for being an inspiration.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You A reasonable sized burger. You have no idea how often when we are out, my children look at the size of peoples meals or plates of food and and start to question why (I know I will be criticized for this) they need such large amounts of food on their plates. The problem with children, they haven't as yet, learned to be politically correct. I don't have an answer for a very legitimate question. The nation suffers from obesity and we wonder why? The best of the Season to all. Be well

It's really b you made those burgers so fast. How did you make five three ounce burgers out of 5? 3 oz patties because you packed that cheese so fast on there. We have no idea how you made it. It's b Sam. I want to make these patties but I don't know how because you rushed through it. How can you learn from a cooking show when you do things like that? Because the kids are playing in the background, we can't even hear that s.

When The professional German army occupied a buddy homelands he said you you ate the meat raw when nothing was there to burn for fuel or keep the beef long enough.
Years later he would embarrass his wife at grocery store checkout in US. Often the 2 pounds of plastic wrapped ground beef would be missing a pound out of it. Showing the gaping hole in the package. Van Hetzand.

They look great but I'm confused. You started with 6 balls then 5 patties. Skipped the filling part. Did you just roll up the edges to close it up? What happened to the 6th one? Also you said half slices of cheese but that looked like a quarter slice. Honestly it's the first time I've seen editing issues, are you testing us. Regardless, great videos and alot of great ideas.

I need me a burger! short story, me and my friend Dylan were stationed in Bahrain in 2019 til early 2020. I will say that him swinging by my flat or vice versa was a usual. and guess what we did, watched your videos for hours! Thank you for the content you and your boys make, because i know in that tense time in the middle east, your videos definitely had a positive impact on us!

Way too much work for way too small of burger. I'm over the juicy lucy. There's a huge debate who started it first here in MN. Tired of getting burned by molten lava. And, it's not much different than just putting the cheese on top. Try putting cream cheese, chives and garlic inside a full size burger. American cheese and carmelized onions on top. You're welcome.

VIDEO SUGGESTION! Look up and the pueblo slopper and give that a go. We have something similar to the hatch chili in it but we are famous for them here. It's a burger with green chili stew smothered on top. Perfect for this time of the year! The chile can go on burritos as well! If you need the recipie for the green chile I can send mine over. It's top notch!

I know Sam always says something about the background noise like it's a bad thing. But honestly the real life going on around him is part of the reason I and perhaps many watch. Just another thing that shows Sam is a down to earth guy who just wants people to eat better food and not some fancy food network chef.

I used to live just south of Mpls and if I had to work up in Mpls, we the crew would stop at Matt s to get the real deal. Nothing but pure goodness, and every time you would order they would ask if you ever had a juicy Lucy to eat your fries first or you would burn your mouth!

Back in the day when I was a radio announcer. we had a sign outside the studio that lit up when the mic was opened. ON AIR. you need one of those that the neighbors can see. BTW, your audio set up lets very little background noise through so viewers don't hear what you do.

If you like the ranch pack hack? Try the brown/mushroom gravy pack mixed in the raw beef before forming. The fat from the beef BECOMES internal gravy that oozes out all over the burger.
Oh and F you for never reading comments, look at how long ago i posted this hack

Are a Juicy Lucy in Minneapolis last year on a work trip. Did t know to cut it in half and when I took that first bite it squirted out with such force that it sprayed my boss with molten lava cheese. Pretty sure I made a great first impression lol

Hey crew consider trying Southern traditional food for new years collard greens. black eye peas. my mom would make them both with smoked ham hocks. well seasoned. pickled pepper juice as a spicy condiment. Of course corn bread as well.

America needs to bring back to their backyards: kids screaming, dogs barking, people playing cards, flames from dad burning the burgers, etc. If you long for simpler times, then what's holding you back from doing it?

Looks fantastic! I love a good slider. In the right mood I like a bad slider. There is a slider place in Detroit that normally becomes the only reason I visit Detroit. At least the willingly reason. cheers, boys.

I grew up next to Matt s. I also hate when people critique their little regional item and say how it s not authentic. but seriously. can we stop treating these stuffed burgers as meatballs?
