My new favorite fried chicken sandwich. I think ground chicken tastes really good. It s ground turkey that tastes weird to me. Especially love teriyaki chicken burgers with Swiss chz and grilled JFG mayo of course, pineapple on a brioche or kings Hawaiian roll, delicious add bacon and avocado for an epic meal. sweet potato fries. spicy ketchup Bahama mama to drink. then lay by the pool. perfect day

That has to be an amazing chicken sandwich. Still a pass though given the money spent to procure all the ingredients if you don't already have them on hand and then spending two hours going through all those individual steps just to make one. Easier to go to Chick Fil A and just get a reasonable, not as good chick sand at 1/10th the price and 5 mins in a drive through line. That's just way too much work for a sandwich. Add the price to get an air fryer if you don't have one and all the specific spices and ingredients to make it? Ahhhhh. NO. I'll just buy the shitty version and eat it in 5 mins. LOL Still, Sam, it's looks f-ing AMAZEBALLS! Would love to eat one if you made it for me.

You need to look up and make pueblo slopper and give that a go. We have something similar to the hatch chili in it but we are famous for them here. It's a burger with green chili stew smothered on top. Perfect for this time of the year similar to a wet burrito! The chile can go on burritos as well! If you need the recipie for the green chile I can send mine over. It's top notch!

I ve watched you guys for a long time and I love that max has upgraded his gear and learned a lot more about editing, but the amount of times your switching cameras to get a slightly different shot is getting ridiculous. It s starting to make my head hurt just watching Sam throw a sauce together. Not trying to hate it s just something I have noticed recently.

11: 05 am Alaska. Love the way you use ingredients that the common guy can use, especially like your mashed potato recipes that use packet potatoes! Anybody can cook! Your an inspiration to the common man. NOW WOULD PLEASE MAKE RAVIOLI. It's one of my fond memories as a child. My mom used to make them. Thank you.

This is why I could never be a surgeon. I do respect Sam for his meat (assuming we re calling all guts meat) skills, but if he were my surgeon, I d be afraid he d BFF me and either stick my in an air fryer, saying So convenient! , or put me in a deep fryer and say It s worth the mess.

At no point do we even see the cooked result of the chicken. No one's going to knock their own recipe but the audience could glean a lot about how appetizing it looks if we got to see what it looks like after that bite was taken or if it had been cut in half.

Sam, I'm a big fan of the show. I've been watching since the early Quaranteen Days and I've yet to see you make one of my favorite burgers, Gizmo Sandwich. I would love to see your take on this massive sandwich/sub.

I have used Lays baked sir cream and cheddar chips crushed up as breading on chicken thighs in the air fryer and was delicious! You can dove it up a bit by using jalapeno and cheddar chips.

When I was growing up my mom would fry haddock in cornflakes. It was fantastic. Can't wait to try this ground chicken recipe. Love your show all the way from Halifax Nova Scotia

I find thighs to be even better an more tender in like the 180-190 range, at least for whole thighs. For ground patties, probably not much of a difference

One would assume that a pork rind is the American equivalent of a Pork Scratching? Looks great, will definitely be trying this in my air fryer.

That's not a chicken sandwich, it's a chicken burger since it was made with ground chicken. Same way you wouldn't call a hamburger a steak sandwich.

Curious about all the salt and pepper on the bun are you still good with that? Seems like it would really distract from the chicken taste.

Would absolutely love a popcorn chicken recipie for the air fryer, would suit it well! Maybe shake them around to get an even cripsyness halfway

Love the chicken, can't do the secret sauce SLOP. A man with an imagination might just add some grilled zucchini, onion and avocado slices.
