There's just too many ingredients in the Bahn Mi that I do not like, I'd be much more interested in trying Ben's sandwich which took way more of a risk doing something unique rather than a dish he knew they were already fans of.

You need to go to Vietnam and try out the different versions of Banh Mi. The best in Hanoi is the family run Banh mi pate at 118 Pho Hue. Its been there since the 80s. Always my 1st stop when I get into town.

Both look delicious but I HATE nuts in cooking. I dont want random bites with nut-resistance, so that sammich is disqualified! Nuts go in your hand together with icecold coke/beer.

I vote Bahn Mi -- love freshness in a sandwich. Do not like blood pudding and like anchovies used in very small quantities. Don't like quick bread sandwiches.
