The higher up you go the worst the food is theory is true, NASA also found and confirmed this. Humans can not detect flavors as well when the altitude is higher and nobody is sure why, but this is the reason why astronauts at ISS really like really spicy stuff, because that's the only real way of getting some flavor on their food.

100 feet is about 9th floor height (10th in US and other parts of the world. That's quite not enough to affect the food taste.
You'd probably need to go to Dubai and check out Atmosphere at Burj Khalifa to test your theory dining at almost 1500 feet up in the air; )

Could you do a video where you pull one or two random letters out of a hat, type these into Google and the first place in the uk that pops up you have to go to and review the food. For example if you pulled out P and L Plymouth may pop up. You would go and review the food.

Not the greatest video. Seemed contrived to be an ad for the book (no harm in that. It felt like not enough exciting happened at the experience to warrant a video, but it got put out anyway. I was curious about how bartending works at that height.
