I have a suggestion for an interesting at home cooking battle between the normals.
First the chefs put together a box of ingredients for the normals and they have to be the same for each. These boxes must contain enough for a basic three course meal so a starter, main and dessert. The challenge is the normals at home must take these boxes and come up with their own three course meal using the ingredients provided and can use items from their kitchen to enhance what the chefs provided.
During the course of the cooking process each normal has one call a chef token for each chef and for a limited amount of time can call a chef to get a little advice to how they could take one dish to the next level. Chefs are not to talk about any of the other normals dishes and have to stay focused on giving advice based around what each normal is doing and the items they have in their possession and at the end they all judge who did the best with the ingredients.
One rule can be every ingredient in the boxes must be used at least once
Another could be most of a dish must be mostly constructed using the ingredients in the box
There can be a limit to extra ingredients from the kitchens minus seasonings and things like oils and stuff like that.

OMG! The jian bing (gee-an bing) is a breakfast/ snack/ street food in China. It's so delicious. I've rarely heard of them outside of China so you guys are lucky to have a place nearby that makes them. However, I'm sure the amount of crunch you had wasn't anything compared to if you'd just eaten it fresh off of the girl. I'd love you to learn more about the dish and use it for a BATTLE!
PS I'm glad Barry won. Mike was cheating with the cronut! Why not use the budget you had and pay for it with the extra money? You made Barry look bad when he was fully inside the rules of the challenge.

most of the deliveroo places I order from are places like TGI Fridays, and KFC. Though I do enjoy ordering from this place called The Alchemist who make a real nice chicken in a basket. Another great place to Deliveroo if you are in or around Nottingham is Bunk, Some real nice Wings (traditonal and boneless) as well as nuggets etc. Even got Tofu and veggie nuggets and hot dogs for vegetarians.

I think I agred with the voting here. Would have wanted Mike's dish for the first round, Barry's for the second and again Barry's for the third. Though I love burgers, seafood isn't really my thing and though I love desert I usually prefer salty food and since I haven't had dinner yet I want that third dish: P
Obviously Jamie is the actual winner here cause he got to eat all the food

I didnt even wait for the the video to complete. and hit the like button as soon as i heard the mention of pakistan.
Nihari from lahore and i m there with you guys. had there been hot naan, caramalized crispy onions, sliced ginger, some green chilli and corriander the dish would have gone to a whole new level!
Still massive respect on putting spot light on lahore/pakistan.

Nihari is derived from the Urdu word 'Nihar' which refers to the state of an early morning person before they have eaten anything basically. Nihari actually used to be eateb by farmers as a breakfast dish before the left to work on their farm in the morning, hence the name. Served with a hot naan or sheermal it is one of life's greatest pleasures.

Kouign-amann, originally a Breton dish, is delicious. In Brittany and Normandy you can find many differently topped kouign-amann, salted caramel being popular in Normandy, and they are usually served warm. They also have a smaller bite sized friend called a kouignette.

Jian Bing is one of my favorite Chinese Street stall snacks/meal! They are a Chinese burrito with a crepe/egg wrap. Anything can go inside. Less than 1 anywhere in the mainland. Great original choice given its lack of popularity outside China! #mouthwatering
