Great recipes. I would never thought of doing cobbler in a slow cooker. One caveat - I think you specified canned beans for all the recipes that contained beans, and those are safe because they are pre-cooked. However, if you are using dry beans, they must be boiled at high temp before putting in a slow cooker to degenerate the toxic lectins that soaking just cant remove all of. Slow cooking wont destroy the lectins, and some sources say slow cooking can actually concentrate them.

Youre supposed to cook the meat and bring everything to the boil before you put it in the slow cooker They dont always get hot enough to cook meat by themselves and water needs a lot of energy to boil. I hope no one got sick from this video. ;_;

Cant not appreciate the tasteful (heh) blend of marimbas, strings, and piano in the background. Makes me want to cook these even more, even though I dont own a slow-cooker
